  GROUP MINI PROJECT 

 

Problem statement :

To solve the issue of food waste in TESCO Seri Iskandar by environmentally friendly and cost effective technology. 

 

TESCO Seri Iskandar is selling a large volume of wet food, which mainly consisted of meat and fish section and fruit and vegetables section. According to the manager, about 300 kg of food is disposed per day, where vegetables, meat and fish consist of 50%, 25% and 25% respectively.
