1st Project

Role: Moderator

 

In this project, I am taking the role of moderator. I am the one who keeps the group on track, ensures focus and maintains full participation of all team members. As our team slogan is ‘together everyone achieves more’, I am responsible to keep every group member involved in every preparation of this project. Therefore, I am the one who arranges meeting and assigns jobs to each group member. Each member will have different task to ensure them to be focusing. Besides, when our group loses motivation, I will try my best to push them back on track and give them positive encouragement. I helped out in website, video and Prezi production so that the outcome will be good.

 

Contribution

 

In this project, I contribute by designing the board based on my group mates’ ideas and printed it out on 20th June 2015 to ensure the video production will be smooth. Besides, I created some questions based on KRD, CPDIC and PSLP.  I took the initiative to create Prezi for two subjects which are CPDIC and PSLP. All these tasks is to ensure my group is on track since I am the moderator of group 5. 

 

2nd Project

Role: Recorder

 

 I am taking the role of recorder. Given the definition of recorder,  my role in this project is someone who records strategies, unresolved issues and data and connecting every group member outside the class. Therefore, I will listen all the ideas from different group member and gather them to be discussed in our facebook group. Next, I will notice any unresolved matters from my group and inform the moderator. 

 

Contribution

 

I am taking the tasks of solving mass balance, reactor sizing as well as pfd and the pnid. Besides, when my groupmates face problems in their own part, I will always lend my hand whenever I am managed to. This is very import because together every one is achieving more.
